The Railway Convalescent Homes (RCH)
RCH is a Charity which also has a limited Company trading subsidiary. RCH is looking for a Company Secretary.
The role will involve arranging Board meetings and supporting these meetings and will take about 10 to 15 days per year.
The Board meetings are all held in london. RCH operates from a centre in Dawlish, Devon and it could be possible for the Company Secretary to undertake administrative work from here. RCH is not looking for a free service and will pay a daily remuneration to the right applicant.
