For the certifikat, dyplom and dyplom zaawansowany a project report is also required. Personnel should contact the relevant Service liaison at the addresses below, who will provide project report guidance and have the completed report marked. Candidates should then download the Application form below and return it to their liaison along with their payment and documentary proof of course completion to be forwarded to the iam. The iam will then forward Qualification certifikats directly to individuals.
